Who We Are
Afro American Development Association(AADA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to making a significant impact in the lives of New Americans and diverse communities. Our services, including workforce development, youth empowerment, and cultural programs, have been instrumental in helping individuals integrate successfully into society. Since our founding in 2014, we have provided essential services that support economic self-sufficiency, educational achievement, and cultural expression.
Our unique approach is holistic, offering tailored programs that meet individuals where they are. By combining job readiness training, STEM education for youth, and cultural initiatives, we ensure that participants have the tools, skills, and confidence needed to thrive in their new communities.
We also organize community, empowering individuals to recognize their worth and advocate for their rights, creating stronger communities rooted in equality and opportunity.

What We Do
We help New Americans, refugees, immigrants, and their children to successfully transition and integrate into their new communities and lead fulfilling lives. We offer a menu of services adapted to each family’s unique circumstances, delivered in a culturally supportive environment where participants begin to build their own network of peers and a support system that will serve them for years to come.
